Someone left party and the item didn't drop after loot rolls

This was for my ancient court magister's talisman. I was the only one to roll need but the item was never distributed. I have a screenshot as well if a member of the support staff could help me get this item. It shows all rolls but no item distribution.

    Bump. I submitted a support ticket a couple days ago but still haven't heard anything.
