spent 45 minutes of the dungeon delves trying to get into a party, about 5 times i got into a party where we spawned at a campfire that had a hundred mobs around, some times i was still kicked as we had 2 GWFs and 1 time we were unable to finish a dungeon. exit game
only my cleric is able to do dungeons

Yeah, the grouping feature cares more about party make-up now. As near as I can tell it will no longer match 3 classes anymore and I believe it makes sure there is at least one GF and one Cleric before forming a group.
At least that is what I observed.
As such the queue time has really gone up in some cases. However since the combat mechanics balances more people will likely play a GF or Cleric. That is once some strategies besides completely relying on Astral Shield come up, players get accustomed to the change or Cryptic places some minor buffs on other skills.

Queued for 40 minutes last night. No dungeon popped. When I looked in the queue list later I noticed I'd been removed from one of the dungeon queues. I was not AFK at any time while queing. Only thing I can think of (other than a bug just randomly removing me) was that a prompt occured but was hidden perhaps by an AH window or some such.
Only being able to queue for 3 things at a time is facepalm inducingly stupid.
I just logged off and went to do something else more interesting.
Very crappy system that needs urgent attention.

One thing that I noticed last night, is that replacing a member who has dropped, is still nearly impossible, a couple of times yesterday, we were having to three or four man a dungeon.
