I couldn't find any threads about this, but the patch notes state that Knight Captain's Set no longer drops with levels below 60.

Does this mean it is now a T2 set, and if so, will the stats of the individual pieces be scaled upward accordingly?

I'm confused.

    The set was bugged and was dropping with level requirements below level 60, meaning some of them had level requirements of 39 and such. They fixed it so you have to be level 60 to equip the set.

    I thought T1 sets, such as Stalwart Bulwark, had pieces with level requirements below 60. I thought only T2 sets had level 60 requirements on each piece.

    Sorry, I can't check, I'm @ work.

    Yup, Stalwart Bulwark Armor (chestpiece) has a level requirement of 42.

    Question is, is this set bugged, too? Or is Knight Captain's becoming T2?

    They also finally fixed the wording on the Knight Captain gear by saying it increases "allies" power. Nothing for the wearer though.

    Is it granting allies 60% of your Power or 60% of their Power ? If I remember correctly it originally was giving your power but not sure now.

    EDIT: I have the complete set now and went to the Target Dummy & tested while partied with a Devoted Cleric. It looks like stacking more power &/or Defense on the GF does NOT increase your allies' buffs...

    Summary: It looks like it gives allies a 60% buff on power based upon their Power (multiples power due to items & not buffs)...

    Details: On 6/15/2013 I Tested with 60 Guardian Fighter (GF) partied with a Devoted Cleric (DC) on the Testing Dummies and found the following:

    GF's Power was 2,345 & Defense was 4,022 & found the following:

    - When DC had no items on & power at 0 the buff'ed result was 0;
    - When DC had no items on & power at 95 (due to Ioun Stone buff) the buff'ed result was 0;
    - When DC had 1 items on & power at 90 (due to items) the buff'ed result was 144 (+54 buff);
    - When DC had 1 items on & power at 185 (due to items & Ioun) the buff'ed result was 239 (+54 buff);

    - When DC had 1 items on & defense at 200 (due to item) the buff'ed result was 251 (+50 buff);
