I'm sorry if someone asked this before me...

i would know if the foundry dungeon could drop t1/t2 gear item and some random rare items, enchantments and others, or not...

    It doesn't currently, but anything is possible.

    That would certainly make it a more viable end game alternative for many players. There would just need to be safeguards in place to protect against exploits.
