Can't complete "To remember the fallen" quest

I think the quest is bugged. The quest consists of 2 parts - collecting a flag and planting it. I managed to collect the flag but the game isn't letting me plant it. I think I was supposed to receive an item when collecting the flag but it didn't happen. I've abandoned the quest multiple times to see if it would help but it just doesn't work.

    I found a work around. You have to back up to the instance entrance, the dungeon delve that is, then turn to face the area to plant the flag, then inch over to the left until the F interact is no longer to enter the dungeon, but to plant the flag. This worked for me, and no, there was no flag item in my packs.

    Thank you argantis! Seems like it's just bugged a little bit over the placement area for the 'flag'

    Thanks! Ran into this problem today and was just about ready to abandon the quest until I found this.
