Ok, So I dunno wtf the flytext is, as far as I can figure the Orange with a lightning bolt is your crits, Yellow is your normal damage, but what is the Yellow damage with a knife(or sword) next to it?

    Yellow with a sword is Combat Advantage Damage.

    What this guy said.

    Certain powers like the rogues stealth give Combat Advantage, but the most common way is to have an ally (teammate or companion) on the other side of the enemy you're attacking.

    This is from my playing experience and it would be nice to have a definitive, Cryptic generated and approved, list somewhere.

    Lightning Bolt / Orange = Critical Hit
    Yellow = Normal Damage
    Sword = Combat Advantage (also known by the Purple wedge on the ring around the feat of the mob)
    Red = Damage Taken
    Bent Arrow Red = Deflected Damage
    Exclamation Point over a mob = Taunt Threat
    X over a mob = Marked by a Fighter (Mob will do less damage to others and take more damage from others)
