Honestly how hard is it to make an auction search work? I have played perfect world and forsaken world found no problems with there auction houses (played perfect world on opening day) there so why not just import those auction houses? I play solo and cannot rely on drops for better gear but I have spent more time trying to find <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> on the auction house then actually playing the game.. I don't feel it is a good thing to wait till the 20th for a fix especially since their is no guarantee that you will fix it and I will most likely lose interest in the game because of this. I understand this beta but an auction house is not brain surgery I am just confused could someone that works in this company please explain why this is a problem. ffs

Because Perfect World and Forsaken world work off a completely different codebase the original version of which were written in an entirely different character set (Both are originally written in Chinese/Korean). Not to mention the fact that it's very unlikely that Cryptic Studios have access to the code for Perfect World and Forsaken World.
The odds are that with the various other bugs and exploits, that the AH search functions are just too low a priority for them right now however. They will get fixed, just after certain other problems with the game get solved first.
