•Ray of Enfeeblement: This power is now considered a DoT for damage calculation.
•Ray of Enfeeblement: The benefits from ranking up this power have been decreased.
•Ray of Enfeeblement: The debuff applied by this power is now less powerful.
•Ray of Enfeeblement: The Spell Mastery version of the debuff now displays stacks on the target.
•Ray of Enfeeblement: Two Control Wizards can no longer apply two separate stacks of the debuff on a single target if one uses the Spell
How pray tell, is fixing a problem with one skill to be considered nerfing into the ground, or are you trying to tell me that CW's are a one trick pony?
Anyone know how to access the preview Server?
As for the OP, experiment a little, your class is still good.
If they had fixed all the bugs relating to spells, feats and racials i might agree with you, as it is they are hitting the only playstyle thats effective and the reason its the only effective style of control wizard is because the other styles don't work right or glitch up all the time.

This is not a balance, a balance is making everything equal. Gf and gwf are still slow and do little damage, they did not buff there damage and did not make them faster. 95 to 99% of the skills do not do what they are supposed to do, or do not do everything that it says. I have tested over and over and there broken, the cool downs are to high. They just changed some skills (took somethings away, or added somethings) and called it a balance, how is (gf and gwf still little damage and slow) a balance. They just did that and sent it, they did that to not keep it in so called beta. Which is actually soft beta, they are rushing things and not taking the time (long time) to test things. Just to make money (greedy), poe only about 10 or so people that work at poe. Take the time to make sure its right, their not perfect and when they see oh look that's not how it was supposed to be ect. They go back and change it and take time to see if it is fixed, not like these greedy people that don't take the time (long time) to test if it is how it is supposed to be.
P.S One of the problem is gf and gwf cant dodge, there shouldn't be this different thing for everyone. It should be dodge like in raiderz, raiderz its more balanced then this. Everyone can dodge and it makes it even, raiderz is not fully balanced but compared to this. Raiderz is more balanced, out of 5 stars nw is 3.

Balanced? No. D&D is not balanced. Not supposed to be. MMOs try to be balanced, they never succeed.
In D&D games, certain classes are designed to dominate in certain areas... where others are weaker or unable to contribute. Different situations, are opportunities for other peoples to shine. That's the beauty of D&D.

And what some will never, ever understand.
But right now you are being a little blind, while i understand your point there are some classes who dominate in more then one area and that will make the players with other classes put off. This is not single player!

Blind, no.
This game is still in open beta for many reasons. One is character development. This is why they are making so many changes, based off of everyone's input.
To break it down in relation to balance is a different story however.
PvP will never be "balanced" in this game, and if it tries, it will kill the game for the bulk of the playerbase, which PvEs.
Also, they have to use math that somewhat parallels/simulates (in an exaggerated sense since this is an mmo) what D&D classes can do. They cant just make everything = because PvPers want everything =.
As for PvE content, sure, adjustments can be made, but then again, it has to look believable in the eyes of Wizards of the Coast, who does own the IP and can and sometimes does get ultimate say in matters such as this.
As for the OP, yeah, I understand the nervousness. Nobody can possibly love crowd control more than I do. I have a history in building CC characters from bards to wizards, from fighters to druids. If I can CC, or use tactics, you can catch me in the thick of things controlling the battlefield... everytime.
That being said, you need to play the game post adjustments, before you make a determination.
Gf is op in pvp and u want dmg buff ?He already 1 shoots ppl

Conduit of Ice: The primary effect of this power is now considered a DoT for damage calculation.
Entangling Force: This power is now considered a DoT for damage calculation.
These are the only two spells I use on a regular basis which are due to be changed, I guess some CW's are getting a tiny buff instead of a tiny nerf. *shrugs*

Those two lines don't actually say whether they are getting a buff or a nerf. It being considered a DoT could raise or lower the overall damage.

Is this a joke? Its just a thing betwin 1000 buffs, and its not such a big nerf, look at what they did to tr dude.
Stop crying and enjoy the game!

The way I read this is that they are already DoT spells but aren't considered so when proc'ing for other buffs/passives. If the damage was being increased or reduced I would have expected it to say something to suggest that.
Guess we'll just have to wait and see when it goes lives or speculative results from players on the test server.
I'm starting to think that PvP players destroy any game... but as they are big expenders... This game,as i stated several times, has limitless potential... but the toxic comunity and enviroment that PvP brings will be a cancer that will kill it.

Completely agree, if anything a bit more distinction between the classes needs be put in.

You are correct, it is not single player. You play the class you want and find others that have complementary classes to cover your weaknesses. Viola multiplayer, because no one class can do everything.

Should have rolled GWF or GF, cleric is nerfed as well.
