'Flying' back?

So I logged in today after a bit and found that each time I moved my character to a place, like in the market, she'd 'fly' or rather be sent back like 50 or so feet. I've tried re-logging and re-patching the game. It doesn't matter which character I'm on either, since I have two and I'm not sure what else to try to fix this issue. Hopefully it fixes itself or someone else has a solution.

Update; Every now and then it seems to fix itself for a small bit of time. However most of the time it seems like my character has now become a glitch of some sort.

    That sounds like lag, or as it's termed "rubberbanding" I believe there is a sticky about that at the top of this forum.

    It doesn't seem like lag though. If it was a lag spike, usually everything slows down, not sends you back 10 or more seconds and makes your character move funky ways like it's possessed or something. But my character will move ways I don't even tell it to move. Really hard to battle with, but I'm making due as much as I possibly can anyways.
