I just did three pvp matches and 7 different handles of Trickster Rogue botters. All they do is autolock onto a play, move to them and Daze Strike when its up and thats all. Anyone else noticing this? Im in 20-29 Bracket seeing this.
I just notice two mages, some seems to move too simliar. Im thinking RMT boxed accounts. Farming as much Glory as possible before the patch. With Glory harder to obtain prices on PvP gear will go up.
the entire pvp fix also means 2 things:
1. lesser PvE player going to do PvP, cause some players just doing it for daily
2. lesser auto-winning, means if 1 team get bugged friend (cant get in, cant get out team) high possibility they will disband and re-queue
Glory harder to obtain? You mean it will take a whole 6 hours instead of 4 to farm a complete set??? The horror!! I better farm now so I can sell PvP gear for billions!!
That's been around for weeks now. Most of the professional farming bots are easy to sniff out, just inspect people before the match starts and notice if they're wearing level 6-8 equipment in a level 40-49 match. It's more of a problem when "real" players start running a PvP bot while they're afk, which is usually unnoticeable before match start unless you force people to post a line of chat.
Remember that Cryptic can only ban people for botting if they have hard proof of that behavior, so you need to get HD video footage following a bot around for multiple matches or get an active CM to join a game and observe the bot with you if you expect any action to be taken.
