odd AH auctions

i've been noticing a few auctions on the AH ,with fairly undercut prices, with long range negative times on them eg -18 days 6hrs 41 minutes and the like. anyone know what these are and what they are trying to achieve?

    I heard somebody speculate once that those may be people who got banned while their auction was still active.

    If so, they'll be purged eventually.

    There are a few 'stuck' auctions that apparently have gotten wedged in the database and just won't complete. Not sure why Cryptic hasn't cleaned them out, but it's not anything a player is doing, it's a bug.

    As others have pointed out, they are a bug, but they are interesting because they show what kinds of prices people were asking back when they were posted (an auction with negative 18 days on it was probably first posted 23 days ago assuming a 5 day auction).

    cool, thanks guys, was just curious wether some wanna-be's were trying to break the AH again or what. cheers for all the responses.

    Since I have one , I am thinking it more likely is the highest bidder was banned . But that borked one does annoy me , and yes I have tried to cancel it everyday .

    I currently have an "auction won" at -9 days. I'm out an item and a lot of AD right now.

    I've had mail from these expired auctions that I've been unable to delete no matter how many times I click to delete it.
