Deft Strife and Dragon

Hi,
I was playing the Skirmish Garrundar the Vile and was the first time I was fighting a dragon, and when I used my Tricksters Rogue's Deft Strike on it I was ported right in the front of the dragon in the exact moment he was breathing and got killed, I tought was just bad luck but when I tried one more time it ported me to the front of the dragon again, so I tried one more to see if it would happen again and it did. I don't know if it happens with all dragons as Garrundar was the first, and so far, the only one I fought.

    This happened to me as well when fighting the end boss dragon in the lair of the mad dragon dungeon delve. Every time I would use deft strike against the dragon I would wind up in front of it. So I think this is a glitch with all dragons.
