best combo gear for GWF

So the post is about proper gearing. The question is T2, lets just say 2 pieces of avatar + 2 pieces of Vigilant ARE in any way better than full heroic pvp gear, the T2 has 0 arp. pls debate

    Well you still need Crit for Student of the sword and Recovery for all non at-will powers. Mixing Avatar and vigilant get you most of what you need in these areas. you still have plenty of slots to fit in Ar pen. I have 2k Ar pen and I only have rank 5 Dark enchants slotted so far. You just gotta make it up in other parts of your gear. The armor is only 4 slots in the end.

    AvatarVigilant is ~1400 Recovery? If you pick up the 25% Recovery -> Arpen feat in Destroyer that nets you ~350, which is just 140 Arpen short of 4set Heroic Duelist. Which is hardly anything since you'll end up stacking 2k+ on Enchants + Accessories.
    2 GWFS, 3 TRs, 2 GFs, 1 HR, 1 CW

    That is the case of detroyer, plus not so many use that feat, what about instigator build, item combo.
