Ultimate Game Card

Ok, so I decided to get some zen. I bought an ultimate game card online.

However, when I try to charge zen by choosing the ultimate game card option, it puts up a window for a whole second and then goes to a page that reads:

Oops!

Sorry, we cannot find the webpage you have requested.

    Well, I figured it out on my own. I had to use compatibility view.

    So it processed the code and took me to the zen transfer screen, but my zen doesn't show up there.

    I tried the process again, and it tells me the code has already been redeemed.

    I purchased an UGC here in Australia for A$20 and when I go to redeem it I get a message that I need to pay A$1.97 more to complete the transaction.

    I try to select a credit card to process the payment and find that it wants me to buy US$20 worth of UltimateGameCard instead of paying the extra A$1.97.

    And I am not buying another UGC just to cover it and waste the rest of the credit.

    I think I will just take this card backa nd try to get a refund if possible as the UGC is HAMSTER when used internationally.
