account bound/character bound

how do you transfer account bound items between characters? because mail does not work.

or does account bound and character bound mean the same thing?

    Currently you cant. It seems to be an oversight. You cant use the mail, due to how it works. Once an item is attached to the mail it can go anywhere. There is nothing to restrict mail to a specific user or account.

    The only way we have been able to move account bound items in other cryptic games is via their shared banks. Seeing as how this game currently is without one. We are left with account bound items and no way to transfer them.

    This is just great, I have a level 60 chracter whom I purchased packs for that contained xp scrolls expecting to be able to transfer them to my alts but I cannot.
