Is it the typical reply you get from a gm after you reported a rude player or ninja looter ..?

If yes, then you should know the player you report is still online and ruining online experience of others players.
I still see the same players , I reported like 2 weeks ago , playing online despite the fact they are reported for ninja loot , ragequit , incompetent players or being super rude for reason ( Ragequit after loosing a roll )

This Thread is about denouncing GM Laziness. What's the point to make ticket(s) to a GM if they are completely useless and have no impact at all ? Your acted in this game has 0 consequences at all . if you are a disrespectful and rude , this game is perfect for you because GM do nothing at all

Seriously , Sir ! Get over yourself and do your job ! No more Slacking

A.) Your post title makes absolutely no sense.
B.) Rudeness is not a bannable offense.
C.) Your post is, in itself, quite rude and insulting.

I believe it is YOU that needs to get over yourself... I mean REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

Rude player <gasp> IGNORE THEM it is NOT Cryptics jobs to babysit you and that is what you are asking.

"for ninja loot , ragequit , incompetent players or being super rude for reason ( Ragequit after loosing a roll )"

    SERIOUSLY!!! I MEAN REALLY!!!!

You want Cryptic to ban someone for being incompetent or because they ragequit? SERIOUSLY?????

You really need to take a break from MMO's in general for awhile until you can get over YOURSELF, and stop wanting a game company to BABYSIT you....

So let me understand your actual complaint here. You want the GM's to do what exactly to players who may come across as a...

    ninja looter
    Mean person and rude
    rage quiting
or just being incompetent (to you at least)

    ?????

The loot can be rolled upon as any player desires, there is nothing stating they cannot. If you do not like playing with that player because they roll "Need" on everything, perhaps you should add them to your ignore list, and try and make some friends that you can group with regularly.

So a player said meanie things to you, oh nooes!! =( I understand players can allow themselves to become emotionally charged an take everything personally in online games. An easy fix for this, again, place the "offending player" on ignore, then maybe get outdoors, get a little sunlight as they have proven that actually helps with human being's mood (for the better). Maybe take a time out, go watch a movie, play something else, etc, and then come back when you feel you can deal with "online society" in these MMO games.

Rage Quiting - hmmmm, how do you know they rage quit? Have you grouped with them multiple times and see them leave suddenly or did they say something mean before leaving the group? Either way, place that person on ignore and they will never again be grouped with you when you queue up for a dungeon, adventure, whatever.

Being incompetent - well there will always be new players to these type of online games. They may not have the adaptability you have, or play the way "you want them to". The whole premise behind these online games is to allow players to play how they want.

Now if you expect them to play a certain way, give them some sideline pointers or suggestions, maybe they do not understand all the facets of their class or what might be expected of them? You can remedy this by helping players understand things instead of raging that them, or raging on forums calling players "incompetent". It comes across making you look to be the type of player many others wouldn't want to group with for anything.

So to end this, In-Game Support, or GM's, will only deal with players who are generally abusing game dynamics that they can duplicate with their QA team, punish players who hack the game in various ways, or exploit the game economy. Beyond this, online games will require players to have somewhat of a "thicker skin" and not take things so personally.

We have many options available to us, and choosing not to get to know other players who might be able to group with regularly is no ones fault but your own. Utilize your ignore feature if you really feel someone is just not worth your time helping, or trying to help them understand some of the dynamics of their class.

Ninja looting is always expected (those who roll need on everything, including class items they generally do not use) - so either try and discuss loot rules up front before you start your dungeon event, or again, start building a team of players that are all understanding and do not practice this type of behavior.

Hopefully you will find some things here useful, but it's up to us as players to look at ourselves first, and then review the available options to make our future gaming experiencing better without feeling that every little issue should be addressed by the GM's.

Best of luck with your future gaming endeavors!

Sorry dude , but 9 pug on 10 is ruin because there is no consequence . If gm punish bad behavior more often , do you think people will ragequit after a loosing a roll or ninja everything . of course not , I could even insult you and i will not have any consequence.

    That is the problem .

Btw you want to make a epic heroic or pvp with me ? because i really want to steal all your loot to resell it on the Action house , threat you like trash and ragequit in your face if the party fail. By your logic , it's acceptable

Unfortunately, unsportsmanlike behavior, such as ragequitting or ninja-looting, are not bannable offenses. Similarly, if a player is rude, but doesn't outright curse or otherwise partake in any actual prohibited behaviors, they will similarly not be punished.

To be perfectly frank - learn what types of behaviors are or are not allowed, and either deal with those a-holes that aren't actually breaking any rules, or move along to greener pastures...

I like the part where they can both ninja loot and rage over loosing a roll. One would think those would be mutually exclusive.

So, you believe that the GMs should insta-ban anyone you report for the unforgivable crime of ninja looting, ragequitting, being incompetent, or being super rude?

Really? You honestly think that the GMs should automatically BAN someone just for not being a good enough player for your liking?!?

If you have that attitude with people in the game.....it's pretty apparent why people are super rude to you. If you told me you were reporting me to have me banned because you don't think I'm a good enough player....I'd be pretty rude to you myself.

Dude, this isn't Russia. Hells, even the former USSR didn't have that kind of Gestapo you're suggesting.

Being rude or self centered is not a bannable offense in any game.

The company takes plenty of action against those who violate the rules and the Terms of Service but ninja looting, rage quitting, and being unskilled players is not against the Terms of Service or the rules. If players are excessively "rude" but more appropriately offensive mutes will be instated but they will not be banned the first time around if at all.

Various systems will be improved to mitigate the ability that such players can negatively impact your gameplay but those kind of activities are simply not a punishable offense.

In the mean time this is not a topic fit for discussion and posting private correspondences from support is actually against the Rules of Conduct.
