Timeless her Shield - where does it drop - for sure not at pirate

I made like 100 Epic Pirate runs so far and cant loot this t2 shield.

WHERE DOES IT DROP !?

    You need to run the Epic Pirate King instance while on dungeon delves to open the chest at the end. The chance of getting the shield from them is quite high.
