Celestial Coins Reset?

Hi all,

I logged each of my character's in yesterday afternoon to re-queue profession tasks and invoke for the daily reward of Ardent and Celestial coins. All went as usual. This morning, when I logged them back in for the same, 2 of the 3 characters got notices that there Celestial coin counts were reset. It is well within one day, they didn't have 7+ coins, what gives? The one character is relatively new, only 4 days old. I filed a GM ticket but have little hope for any actual resolution from that path.

Has anyone else had this issue?

    If you don't invoke within 1 day and 5 hours, then your Celestial Coins vanish. This is working as intended and is an incentive to play the game every day. If it was less than 1 day and 5 hours, then it was bugged or you misjudged the time you last logged in.

    Sorry, I have not. The only time I've had my celestials go away was when the rollback happened.

    So from yesterday afternoon to this morning < 29 hours... this should not have happened...

    One of my two character's coins were reset today.

    I invoke them both at the same time everyday, but I can't say for sure I didn't happen to miss it.

    My celestial coins were gone yesterday around midday. I too thought something was wrong but couldn't exactly remember what time I played the day before and if it was within 29 hours or not. So I just took the loss but reading this post it could be that mine were erased as well.

    That I logged in and invoked within 24 hours I am certain... especially because one character retained his Celestial Coins but the others didn't, just doesn't make sense. Also, I'm not 100% sure that AD earned from profession tasks performed through the gateway.playneverwinter.com site are properly rewarded... I checked and if I complete a task and collect a reward through the gateway while logged in to the game they are, but I have completed tasks during the day and logged in later and I am not 100% sure but it seems sometimes there are no rough AD waiting for me to refine... more experimentation is needed to confirm this though.

    Im playing almost continuously (bar sleep), I have probably not been away more that 10 or 12 hours on any given day, and usually invoke about 10 times a day minimum. Yeah, its sad...but my celestials reset to 1 as well.

    Did you file a ticket with a GM? I did on both characters however I haven't received a response yet (10 hours or so) but I understand that there are probably a lot of tickets and only so many GMs.

    No, I have 4 other tickets there that haven't been touched for 2 weeks, so I just chalked it off unfortunately. I think I only lost 17 celestial coins.
