I've got some guy spamming me with cold guild invites. Told him no thanks. Keeps doing it every 60 seconds. So, put him on ignore. Oh look, spamming me with guild invites still works.
Thanks, yes I did report him. I hate doing it because I always choose the ignore route, but in this case it's hard to play with a guild invite window popping up when I'm in an instance or or getting swarmed by 8 mobs. :-/
Report them in game. In any case you're right this seems like a bit of an oversight.
Yep it's a bug. In other Cryptic games, /ignoring someone will prevent them from sending you any type of invite, including super group or fleet invites.
Report it but in the meantime, try not to let it "bug" you too much. Har har har! Get it? "BUG"? Heehehehehehe.

Good to know!
Guess this just gets tacked onto the list of past oversights which reoccurred. Meh. Haha!
Sometimes I think it would be kinda nice if /ignore would prevent you from seeing anything from them in the chat window (/say, /zone, /emote, ANYTHING), while also preventing their characters and associated UI widgets from loading, making them truly invisible to you while you play. I mean, if I can't erase them from existence, at least let me erase them from *my* existence!

Been saying that for years and as a Programmer I know it's very much feasible but no game has implemented the completely removed from visibility feature.
As far as i can comprehend from deciphering the gibberish that is shown in the chat, you crossed paths with a mommy's basement warrior and his, hot pocket - Poke'mon - posse.

Closing this up now as we don't allow Naming & Shaming. The forum staff has no way to prove or disprove such claims. Please file a Behavior Report on the user using the in-game GM Help function or via the Support Site. Thanks!
You may also wish to file a bug report on the issue of ignore not blocking guild invites.

PVP become a friendly environment? Player vs Players has ALWAYS been ugly.
