Question about the one time code

Hello

A couple of month ago i've bought the game but for various reason i wasn't able to start playing until today.
I've downloaded the client but when i start the game i've got the same window that ask a one time code activation like in closed beta.

I fear i've deleted the email with the code without realising it, what can i do now?

    I'd suggest contacting customer support with your issue.

    buy the game ? no game to buy ?
    What did you buy ?
    If its HotN or Founder it is automatic .
    Most likely check your email , when you downloaded today , it is trying to verify your computer . this will happen every time you change computer too .

    The activation code is for the Account Guard Security System.

    Every time to attempt to log in from a new device an e-mail will be sent to your PWE Registered E-Mail Address with a code to validate ownership of the account. So just try to log in and then check your E-Mail for the most recent E-Mail from the Cryptic Account Guard. :)
