Last night I made a rather long dialog tree and associated it with the NPC rather than the Quest Objective by mistake. Is there anyway to re-link a dialog tree to another object in the quest?
I've heard other people say you have to redo the entire dialog tree. I dunno if that's true because I've never tried myself, but, yeah... the crowd is usually right.
Technically you have to re-do the dialogue if you want to link a Dialogue Quest option into your story. It depends why they are speaking to your NPC that makes it so important that they take that particular dialogue option, but there's work arounds.
Is there any word on whether Perfect World will be fixing this. I made several complicated npc dialogue trees (before watching the tutorial) and am dreading trying to copy them over to the story objective. This seems like it would be an easy fix?
