Master Mailsmith Asset cant be selected / used at all

Hi ,
I got me a Master Mailsmith Asset
but i cant select it at all when crafting
It does show up in the available assets list but cant be selected .
On Rank 1 & 2 at Rank 3 its not even showing up nor can it be used at all.
Anyone one knows a fix for this ?
