A bit of theory crafting here my friends... Obviously the best weapon is the Ancient Castle Champion's Greatsword and Sword Knot. Along with the 4 piece set of the Castle Champion's Armor.
Aside from that what are your favorite (or desired!) end game Rings/Neck/Waste slot for a GWF?
Once that is settled, do you prefer (in the Sword and Swork Knot) 2 Vorpal Enhancements, 2 Greater Plague Fire, or one of each, or something different? Please state the why of your reasoning also!
What do you feel is the best Armor Enhancement, Greater Soul Forge or something else?
Do you believe all offensive slots on Runestone Placement should be Rank 9 Rune Stones or Greater Tenebrous Enchantments, if so why?
Just looking to see if we can come up with the best end game compilation of loot for a GWF. Specifically designed against PvE, but that can also rock PvP (or vice versa if you decide!)... Go!

Currently my GWF has 2900rec 3300crit 2200 Arp 5200 power unbuffed.
Mainly using Rank 7 Radiants because my stats are supposedly hard capped. Greater plaguefire in MH. However if someone wanted to tank on a GWF, lifedrinker enchant gets crazy threat.
how do i get those stats? I'm a fresh lvl 60 gwf with just pvp set
Still on the fence as to whether tenebrous would be better for burst in pvp however.

Also, if anyone knows this, what are the Flat Stats (not including Runestone bonus if applied) to the Power/Crit/ArmPen/Recov stats for a lvl 60 gwf? If we had a baseline we could use it to theory craft different builds.
Is the popular opinion to use 2x of the Tier 2 and then 2x for the Castle Champion set for their +X to Crit Strike (I believe it is CS) benefit, better then either of the set 4 bonus that are listed for either set?
Mine dropped off the AH... for 15k.

From what I was told the stat priority for this build is power>crit>rec>armorpen. What i want to know is there a cap to these stats or do you want your armour pen to be at a certain point because right now its only like 3846 power, 2393 crit, 1671 rec, and only 282 armour pen which I feel like is to low and i should be going for it but i am unsure. I also want to know if the avatar of war 4 piece is any good to get or should i just get the 2, 2 pieces like someone earlier mentioned thanks in advance
I'm at 3750 crit without having any enchantments stack it and I'm missing the +450 from the Ancient set from CN. That last stat is really just Power (which you also get a ton of).
As far as Avatar of War, I have the full set but am switching off between T1 Berserker's and T2 Vigilant Warlord's +2 set bonuses. I agree with other sentiments that the 4p set bonus is too difficult to keep up (and hopefully this gets addressed because it's the ONLY T2 set that has these requirements)
When I get the last few pieces I'm looking for, my stats will be: 4900 Power; 3900 Critical Strike, 2840 Recovery; 2205 ArP
This is with R7 enchants, obviously would be higher with R8's or allow for more Recovery, Power, or Crit.
A big thing you can do is pick up a lesser Plaguefire as it's cheap and does work for what it is. Work on building a Greater.
Berserk champion is off-set(t2 level stats, no set bonuses), the wep is a rare drop from the 2nd boss in Spider.

Need's more testing, but the 17int build only dropped our 12.7s ability down to 11.9ish at lvl1, so speed rotations are still limited currently.
Currently aiming for the helm. Most 21pt. builds will benefit most from AoW at the moment I think. (again, full set.)
For what its worth the set bonus is great in pvp, especially combined with the Unstoppable Recovery. I wouldn't trade the healing in for any of the pve set bonuses. But I'm strictly referring to pvp.
That being said it also isn't providing the 10% heal properly lol. I've observed that it ticks every second for 1% healing returned, but it only lasts as long as you are actually in Unstoppable. Using it at half bar provides 4-5 ticks, netting 4-5% healing returned, with a full bar lasting 7-8 seconds and that many ticks as well. Have yet to see it provide the FULL 10% over 10 seconds, yet I still love it. The healing is that good.
Wouldn't mind if they actually fixed it though.

Guess its buggy and has multiple drop areas or perhaps dread vaults chest has every wep.
