soo. I spent worked my *** off to get all epic tools and have been trying to make rank 3 shirts for days. I have four epic tools in and even an epic tailor (to make it faster) I thought I would at least be able to equal out my investment but here is the issue...
9 shirts made all rank 2. All of them. not a single rank 3 shirt, and the price of dragon eggs means I make little to nothing off of them. Don't you think that given the difficulty of obtaining all epic tools it should have a little higher chances? maybe have the tools 48% each instead of 40%? I know rng is rng but this is more than disheartening.

0.8^9 = 0.134. In other words 13%. Perfectly feasible still. I'd say you have to keep trying.
But I have to agree, maybe I'm just unlucky, but I get the hunch shirts are bugged, I get waaaaaaaaay more gemmed pants as opposed to gemmed shirts. TR items btw.

.4^11 = 0.000042 or 0.0042%
Looks like there is indeed something fishy going on around here.
