GWF: Do I get Staying Power or get Unstoppable Recovery?

I recently went Sentinel (loving it!)

but my new dilemma, regarding my 10points to put into other trees. Do I get Unstoppable Recovery for the 5% heal every time I go Unstoppable? or do I get Staying Power allowing my WMS debuff to apply to encounter powers.

I'm a WMS/Reaping Strike user.

Both would be very beneficial, I just can't decide. Thoughts?

    Is Staying Power a defense debuff?

    Yeah. Staying Power causes WMS to apply a 10% mitigation debuff that applies to your Encounter powers when you hit enemies.

    Should get staying power or disciple of war if you're not arp capped.
