Not getting AD and items from AH

Hello,

I tried to report this in game various times, but it seems the in game bug reports are not working. I am not getting any AD from items I sell on Auction House - why? Also, when an auction expires, I do not get the item back. Can you please fix this and give me back my AD I legally made??

    btw I just checked gateway and it says the items are there - I cannot just see em in game - check this
