Lagging, Spiking Badly as well as Stuck in Loading Screen.

Past few days it was allright but since yesterday it was horrible and today even more. Issue with stuck at loading screen i guess i found a way to fix it, but the lag and major spike just totally made the game unplayable. The in-game proxy ain't helping at all. Had to drag both sliders for Graphic to the lowest and yea i do see the ping went down but the spikes remain. Forever rubber-banding in game doesn't matter im in pvp/town/questing area. Please help.

    Keep getting the message 'Server not responding' in-game and keep getting random major lag spike then disconnected. Already checked on netgraph my ping is slightly lik which is around 400-600 which is bearable for me but not the lag spikes and disconnected later on. Happens doesn't matter where i am, in foundry quest, skirmish, town, questing area or pvp. Please help.

    im stuck in the loading screen to get into the protectors enclave. the load bar is full but nothing happening. i started a new char to see if it was server related, however my new char has no trouble loading into the game at all

    I also get lags and spykes, and I try to enter a cave instance in Blackdagger and it gets stuck at loading screen saying "lost connection to server"

    After today's latest patch still the same issue! random crazy spikes and yea eventually disconnected..... please fix this up asap!!! Before today's patch and the previous one, i didn't have such problem before!!! sigh!!

    You may want to disable on demand patching on the launcher to fix this, but it will require a lengthy dl, since it will dl all the stuff that's usually done on demand, upwards of 2gigs, iirc. Not sure about the lag spike issue, I'm not having it.
    Reading comprehension is essential in a medium that requires reading for communication.

    The problem didn't exist before, it started a week ago. I disabled on-demand patching, downloaded 2 GB of files, and it still laggs like hell. Even when i switch to empty map instances still. It happens in Enclave, in dungeons etc. Sometimes I don't have lag, but that's like 1/10th of the time, otherwise it's nigh unplayable.
