Generally Shadow Weaver is regarded as the best set bonus.

Its buggy though and sometimes doesnt work unless you un-equip it and re-equip it. A minor gripe, but constantly doing that every time you zone gets old.

A lot of people like High Vizier 4piece as well, but they don't seem to understand what it does. It makes your control powers steal 450 defense from your target, which is really good. The only catch is that bosses are immune to control effects, so it doesn't really help your group out any (in any kind of situations where they need the help, anyway).

so getting +450 Power from Magelord and + 400 from Fate~~ 2x both sets bonus was not good idea ? full set bonuses are better ?

Absolutely. 400 or 450 of a stat (power/crit/recov) is merely 1-2% damage boost. The 4p Shadow Weavers set reads as giving a 10% crit severity bonus, which would be around a 5% dps boost assuming ~50% crit (which is about what I have running Eye of the Storm and 4p Shadow Weavers). However, Shadow Weavers functions in an entirely different fashion and can result in gains of over 100% additional crit severity which clearly makes it no contest (even if it worked as written though, it would still be better).
