Prophecy of doom looks bugged to me... i have tested only on the dummy.
I was hitting at lvl 56 for 490-505 with sacred flame. Casted POD and the dmg is the same.
Another thing... the tooltip of POD says that in divinity it "increases the damage and reduces further the defense".
Withou divinity i do 2700-3000ish when it explodes. With divinity, does the same dmg and w:cool:hen i hit with sacred flame it does 330-400 dmg. It actually lowers my dmg.

Anyone know something about it?

Another thing that i would like to ask is:
"Repurpose soul" and "Second SIght" : for you to get heals from it, you need to be near the target when it procs or just your allies? Can you be far far away from it and it will still heal you or what?

"Greater fortune" : add fixed 3% or 3% more per point in wisdom?

    Yup , just posted this in another post by usodesu. I wanted to play around and test it out on dummies and mobs. Basically it doesnt decrease defense AT ALL and sometimes doesnt even recharged instantly in PVP. And when you use it in divinity mode , the mob/dummy has even more defense as i did much weaker damage with sacred flame.

    Ex. My sacred flame does 1200 Average. with Prophecy on it does 1200 still and with a prophecy divinity proc it does 800 lol. ****ing lowers me and my parties damage in pvp which is stupid. Also the Action point gain is almost non existent , Rank 1 and Rank 3 is the EXACT same gain.

    problem is dummies have no def at all, u need to test it at least on an elite mob, or if cryptic ever says it is ok, on a 1v1 arena foundry with a friend.

    Known issue. Maybe one day a dev will post on that thread and actually acknowledge some of those bugs.
