[CLERIC] Prophecy of Doom: still worth it?

As everyone could have noticed, the Second Sight feat from the Virtuous paragon tree has changed from the BW4, turning back to what it was at the beginning:
"When Prophecy of Doom ends, it disperses 5/10/15/20/25(the description has an error)% of the damage as a heal to you and all allies near the target."
Now I'm just wondering if the feat is still worth the points: let's say Prophecy hits for 3k at high levels, for example, it will heal for 900 about every 19 seconds... when players have about 10k of hit points or more. So it'll be probably better to put points in Power of the Sun (to reduces damages and critical chance of the target via Brand of the Sun). Any thoughts?
