No Teleport To Skirmish, Party in another Instance

I've just finished the Orc Skirmish and decided to join another one while the event was active, but even though I joined a new party, I wasn't teleported to the new skirmish.

When I try to manually join it, it says my party is in another instance. Is this a bug? Or have I done something wrong?

    Maybe I joined a new party too quickly, this time I waited a few minutes and it let me in. I dunno, this game has some funny quirks.

    I've had this problem a couple of times now, it's quite frustrating.

    Also I can't manually leave the group, I have to request to be kicked.
