Good leveling build?

So, I'll start this out by saying that I love what I've seen of the CW. Love it. But I've had a lot of trouble leveling mine up. Used one guide, got to ~25, realized that it was primarily an endgame build and I was too underpowered to actually do anything, restarted. There's an Ice AoE build in this forum that I tried following, but I'm not sure on the specifics and I've heard bad things about the ice spells, and I'm only level 12 and already feel really really weak. I'm totally cool with saving up AC to reset my powers and such at end-game, so does anyone have a good build just for leveling up, not necessarily being amazing at PvP or what have you? Thanks in advance! :)

Hmm? Just conduit of ice, chill strike and entangle the bad guys. Once you get to 15 put chill strike in tab and start enjoying the game.

PVE levelling - Max magic missile, chill strike, conduit early on. Repel too if you want.

Chill strike OR repel on tab (repel only if you're finding it hard to stay alive). If chill strike crits, you should one hit all the smaller monsters in a mob. Target the bigger ones with entangling and conduit, repel when they get too close and repeat.

After level 30, get steal time maxed. That should replace entangling force. I replaced conduit of ice with sudden storm, and i liked it. However you have to get used to the fact that the monsters have to be close to each other and in an almost straight line.

Cleric companion helps. As for feats, that's upto you. I took imivo's renegade feat spec for reference and its pretty good.

Equipment: Stack up power and enough crit to get around 20-30% crit chance and you should be good. No point putting recovery (was testing out on dummies and found that i got 11% less cooldown time for 2150 recovery - 11.8 seconds -> 10.5, 10.2 seconds -> 9.2)

And passives - Max evocation, storm (the one that shoots lightning bolts when you attack), and Eye of the storm.

Always keep eye of the storm, depending on whether you are fighting lots of monsters or just 1 or two at a time, choose between the other two.

Ive leveled up to 40 now, and really haven't had too many issues.

I Use Magic Missle as my main attack - and have Ray of Frost as my 2nd at-will which I can use on single targets to freeze them and gain a bit of stun.

Chill Strike is in the TAB key, and I haven't seen much reason to use anything else - this is the main attack as a pull, does good damage + AoE; also stuns for single target attacking.

Entangling force is the 2nd encounter power stun + dmg.

Conduit of Ice is 3rd, another AOE

I used repel until I got Shield.

I keep Ice Storm as my OH S&#T daily if i get surrounded.

I love having the Cleric around as my companion.

Basically target a group - lead with Chill strike, then slap conduit on one of the remaining guys charging. Entangle Force the most powerful guy and Magic Missle a target down until you can slam another Chill Strike. Then use Repel/Shield if you are surrounded.
