[Suggestion] A Suggestion forum!

We often hear a dev or PWE employee telling us to "make a suggestion in the forums", but without a proper Suggestion forums for all the ideas people have to improve the game, how can devs really read anything over the constant spam and nonsense that's generally found in the General Discussion forums?
I'd like to see a new forum called "Suggestions" where people can write their suggestions to improve the game. A place where Devs can perhaps look for ideas on what direction to head when thinking about new content or improving existing content.
