Goal: Provide experience to participants while inspiring team work and removing AFK exp.
How: Base exp by personal score. If you did not participate, your exp reward will be low. If you chose to PK instead of capture and defend to win, your score will be low and less exp, promoting you to work to capture podiums.
Example:
10-19: Exp is score x1.2
20-29: Exp is score x1.4
30-39: Exp is score x1.6
40-49: Exp is score x1.8
50-59: Exp is score x2.0
So lets say you are level 19 (1.2x multiplier) and you have an end game score of 900 you would receive 1080 exp (900x1.2). If you did nothing other than capture one point and go after at the campfire and had a score of 300 you would get 360 exp (300x1.2). If you did extremely well and scored 2000 you would receive 2400 exp (2000x1.2).
The score multiplier is just an example and would need to be tweaked. You could do the multiplier by level or by PvP tier. Either would work.
Endstate: Rewarded exp would be provided by how much you helped your team and would promote capturing and defending the stones (instead of afking or just PK hunting) to actually win. Thoughts and opinions?

How is that a boost? I make 3800 exp every PvP map I run at level 40-49 maps. Weather I do anything or not. Now I would have to actually participate to make 3000exp or whatever they wanted to make the multiplier (Meaning they can nerf at the same time if they felt the need to). And now with the multiplier most people who just join for exp and don't participate would make hardly any exp. So please, explain how that example formula is a boost?
And it solves nothing? How about it's a better solution to AFK PvPers from level 10 to at leave 59 then what is in game now. About every three matches there are people just moving around at the spawn point not playing. It will remove the lazy free exp. And at level 60 they could do the same thing but with glory. Make a participation multiplier.
Good idea but it wont work. People would trade points giving massive scores to farm XP. XP is already way way way way too much for PvP as it is. I have had legit games where you can score 5k-9k points so your system would just make stupid fast leveling any faster. The better idea IMO is to have a simple idle timer and penalty when you are booted and also score (towards the 1,000 to win total) a small amount of points for kills. Currently a kill means nothing, often with a near instant respawn it can mean less than nothing (hell dying can be a faster way back to the point at your base some times)
