Hey guys,

From what I've seen, you can't give the Caturday Cape the stats of another neck location item using the "Change Appearance" section like you can do with other items. I just wanted to ask that this be implemented, so we can wear our Caturday Capes with pride but not lose out on the stats of our neck slot!

If by turtles you mean shaving kits, then yes.

I agree, I love that Caturday cape. I'm not even a cat person, but that cape has renewed my love for the game. It's been a blast wearing it while doing low level foundry quests with my friends. I really hope they add it as a fashion item and change it to account bound so I can share it with my other characters.

I'm reading in another thread that you CAN use it to skin something else in the amulet slot, as long as the thing is already a 'cape'

Hmm, that's odd. I have a cape I got from one of the first dungeons, but it won't let me re-skin that one. Maybe only some capes have that feature turned on? I'll have to find another one.

    necklaces cannot be reskinned

everything else requires a similar item that is UNBOUND for skinning purposes

I have two other capes, the Maelstrom Cloak and the Cloak of the Ashmadai and I can use the combiner to make one of them look like the other, or even make a necklace take on a cape's appearance, but the Caturday Cape doesn't let me put it in the "Appearance" slot.
