Complete List of Exploration-Required Quests

In a followup to this thread, I decided to make thread dedicated to quests that require the player to read NPC dialogue and/or wander around without relying upon the glowing trail to lead the player by the nose from point to point.

If your quest is entirely designed this way or has a large portion of it that functions this way, please reply with the following format so I can add yours to the list!
