1-joining a full party, or a party that filled up slightly faster than it registered you joining it, caused a bug where every few seconds, the "error joining party is full." message to pop up, i coulden't leave the party, i wasen't even IN one, i could hit the button to teleport back to the dungeon, i could make/join/leave other parties, but the error persisted. at one point, roughly 45min later, it tossed me in a random group, already IN the dungeon i que'd for (cloak tower in this case) didn't teleport me, but i left that party, and problem solved.
it did fix itself yes, but, rather annoying and time wasting if i'd rather just re-que :<
2-Care& Feeding, the quest to get your companion once you're 15, i grabbed it, completed it, and was off to do other que-wait a sec....it didn't record my progress? at all? well....sorry mad'am companion, i'll return you to where i got you fro-no? you're staying? well, not much i can do then really.
sillyness aside, it just didn't record my progress at all, nor could i complete it, obviously, regardless of what i tried (i always try logging, changing zones, closing the client for several min ect ect, the whole song and dance of "what can i do?") ended up abandoning the quest, but figure'd i'd leave a note incase anyone else runs into this, or someone can prevent this from happening to others

Care and Feeding. This quest is not well tuned as of yet. It's a multi-part quest. I got my companion, summoned him up and ran off to find the next quest, only to be stymied by no glitter and a quest I didn't remember receiving on my log. A quick J-key and I realized that I was still working the "get my companion" quest. Here's how I understand the quest:
1. Go the the Grand Emporium: You go talk to Bael, and follow the 1-5 steps listed in your Journal (hit the J-key).
2. Then, you go on to the unwritten part: Go talk to the Emporium Vendor in the front room of the Grand Emporium.
3. Talk to the Zen Vendor in the front room of the Grand Emporium standing next to the Emporium Vendor. Never mind if you know how to hot-key or get to the Zen Market by any number of other means. Touch *this* guy.
4. Turn around and see the sparkly chest on the other side of the room. F-key that thing and accept the nifty rune token that you can add to your new companion. *Now* you get the the happy "you completed your objectives" and...
5. Return to Sgt. Knox (the awesome guy that's been giving you quests since you finished the bridge and left the starter area). He says Yay! and hands you the next quest that he had waiting for you.
It's possible that some version of the instructions above are supposed to update in your Jounal to give you better clues, and that it just hasn't worked in yet. If that wasn't in the plan, I'm suggesting now to the fine folks programming the quests that they do, in fact, give us rubes a little more head's up. I've been playing mmo's for a while, and it took my "what have other quests, designed to teach me something, want me to do" sort of deduction to figure out what to do. Seeing it here, it's simple, but if you don't know how these things tend to work, there's just not enough information to make this easy quest fun, or potentially, even doable.
