As far as gear. I'm sitting at 9.2k during that video. I went with the 4 pvp pieces (set bonus is broken) for the extra HP. I put HP too on defense slots. 5/5 greater tenebrous on offense slots and plaguefire on weapon.
The reason I'm using a lot of broken feats is because I don't feel like dishing out $5 once they're fixed, but when they do this spec will become even more of a powerhouse.
Forgot to mention the powers I use in PvP:
Icy Rays in Tab, Entangling Force, Ray of Enfeeblement and Conduct of Ice.
While you don't have to micromanage Chill with Thaumaturge like you do as Renegade, you still should to use the mitigation debuffs (CoI and RoE) before slapping people with Icy Rays/Ice Knife.
do u know if transcended master is broken too?i heard that it doesnt work on icy rays
I heard the same thing too a while ago and reported it. If it hasn't been fixed already it will eventually will and I didn't feel like spending $5 down the road to respec once that happens so I just went with it.

I went with bitter cold in Opressor over nightmare wizardry. 5% flat out damage increase beats that stupid Combat Advantage on a target.
That's perfectly valid, but keep in mind Bitter Cold only works on Chilled targets (Icy Rays being the only thing that will Chill in this build) so the damage buff won't be a flat out 5% total damage increase. Going with Elemental Empowerment is just as valid too. Where you put those lasts 5 points is really up to personal preference. I had a semi-crit build so I went with combat advantage on crits.
