Can anyone else log into https://support.perfectworld.com
I can get to the page but when I try to log in it seems to be redirecting between two pages.

Update: I tried using Chrome and got the following:

The webpage at https://support.perfectworld.com/ci/pta/login/redirect/home/p_li/cF91c2VyaWQ9IzEjNDI1NDk0ODg2NDI1MDMmcF9wYXNzd2Q9JnBfZW1haWw9ZG90ZW1AYXR0Lm5ldCZwX2ZpcnN0X25hbWU9JnBfbGFzdF9uYW1lPSZwX3RpdGxlPWRvdGVtaXVzJnBfbGlfcGFzc3dkPXRlc3Rfc2VjcmV0X2tleQ!! has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

I cleared cookies as advised and made sure 3rd party cookies were allowed. Still no joy.

Neither do I, almost every support page goes to the redirection loop when logged in.

I just got an response to my ticket and link to it via email. How do I view and respond to my ticket if the support page is broken?

They just sent me automated notice to all my tickets that it is taking them to long to get to me, so instead of sitting in "ticket limbo" they have done me the favor of just closing all my tickets. But it's ok, because if it is still an issue go ahead and make a new ticket and rejoin the end of the que instead of your bothersome place in the middle that I have been waiting in for 15 days. lets see how long it takes them to ignore me this time.

...i always get response in 3 days and account problems missing items and so in less then day,so i would u say a lot u lie or dont know how to send tickets and use that system

You are lucky then warpet. I lost items because of the mail glitch, and it took them 18 days to tell me they won't be giving me my missing items back.

I will say this ... Back in Closed Beta I had an issue relating to the fact I had an original Cryptic STO account and it wouldn't link properly. I submitted tickets, I posted in the forums (politely), for days ... nothing. Tickets sat there in limbo, or the responses were generic and were clear they didn't even read what was in the ticket (or the responses).

Then while looking up something else, I ran across their support phone number and called.

Real Human (tm) within just a couple minutes, and then after speaking with him - he had the problem resolved in under 5 minutes. He even waited on the phone while I tested both games (logging in that is).

The difference was staggering.

So as much as I hate their ticket system ... if you can get hold of an actual person, they are actually quite helpful. (At least in my case.)

Doesn't do much good... I've had 2 tickets already open and closed after more than a week each with no response... they are getting "auto" closed without any response or update. On my third now for the same thing and I expect the same result.

How hard is it to put the message you just posed instead of what is currently there?

Tech support board thread on the redirect issue. It only seems to affect select accounts.
