yellow numbers with sword is combat advantage, u can see below enemies a circle in white changing sometimes blue or full blue when u are stealh thats mean combat advantage if hit from blue part
(10% + your charisma bonus) *20% if you have the feat.
If we follow your equation it's always better to stack strenght than charisma.
Charisma could be only better if combat advantage applies after defense damage reduction and or mitigation and if u have not enough armor pen for denie the defense of your opponent...
So does combat advantage bonus applies after defense damage reduction?
Combat advantage is before mitigation. It is really underwhelming when you consider how many feats and powers in the game feature combat advantage boost/application... but it IS better than nothing at all. Here is the formula I got from the stats thread:
total CA damage = Ability damage * (1 + 15% * (1+ attribute bonus))
So it is at minimum a 15% bonus if you have 10 CHA, at 26 CHA it is a 17.4% damage bonus. Yikes. I really really hope nobody is going crazy with dropping points into CHA!
EDIT: note that the above numbers do not take the CA feats into account.
