As I hard warned earlier charge back is a headache both Cryptic/PWE and your card companies.

Charge Backs or contesting charges without first contacting a companies customer service department for solutions can be considered fraudulent with legal ramifications and varying punishments directly instated by your card company.

I can't stop you from your own actions but this is not good advice or fit for forum discussion.
Please do not advise people to charge back or contest charges without first contacting support.
Thank you!

Here is the thing though. While it would not be worth the time or money for them to come after you, you got what you paid for, so your chargeback is legally fraud.

That's your complete opinion and nothing else. And there is no such thing as "legal fraud" under the law either its legal or illegal. Consumers are allowed to request a chargeback when services or the quality of the goods and services offered were not delivered (i.e. the quality of the service being provided or product, etc not being meet by this company) or up to par with what they were expecting and the seller is not willing to offer a direct refund. Obviously consumer rights laws differ from state to state and country to country.

You have the right to discus this with your CC company and explain how they didn't deliver the product promised to you. Saying it's fraud is just wrong.

sorry but no, what is fraud is being sold a product being told that it is worth a certain value while its actually worth nothing.

I'm happy with what I bought. It's not like this was WARZ.. where they lied or mislead us...

It said beta.. so we cant really expect too much. Even tho it is a really polished beta.
I am all about them getting it up and running, so I can go back to playing my new toon.

You paid 200 for In Game Items you were given the Items, which means their obligation was fulfilled. You arent paying for the game up time. Its not a subscription based MMO, if you bought Zen and purchased Items in the zen shop and it was also delivered to you then they fulfilled their obligation in that item now being in your possession. Again this doesnt pay for game up time. If you want a game where your money pays for an amount of play time. Then Id suggest getting on a p2p mmo.

Chargebacks are used to settle disputes between sellers and buyer so that consumers are not ripped off. Those disputes sometimes involve cases of fraud but chargebacks can and do often result as method of initiating a refund from a seller who has not provided what you thought you were getting, i.e. a product which has been demonstratively proven to be riddled with bugs and exploits.
