Start new server and keep the current three servers as "beta".

Instead of doing complete wipes, I propose that they make a new server so people can reroll/start new economy. For the other servers that are on should be considered "beta" servers and keep them together and not allow them to transfer to new servers. That way when people are considering progression they can see that those guilds on the "beta" servers have an asteriks to their progression while any guilds on different servers won't regarding the AD/AH, foundry, one shot boss exploits.
