Respec Token: Does it also reset feats?

From my understanding about respec tokens, they also reset the feats and ability bonuses. However I read somewhere that this reset only affects the powers/skills. Can someone confirm for me if a Respec Token will provide a reset for both Powers and Feats? Thank you so much in advance!

    Respec Token will respec everything

    Ability Points, Power and Feats

    To clarify, it does not reset the initial ability point roll. Only the levelup points.
