Cryptic just show me a desire to fix things

To be honest with all the exploits and problems I really don't have much of a desire to continue playing at all. With that said I still have no problem giving them my money. Simply b/c they did create a great game and deserve some cash flow.

On the flip side though if they can't even get someone up to post a simple message such as "yes we see the current AH problem, we're working on it", then I might have to try and attempt the very first charge back I've ever done on my credit card.

Seriously. I'm not bashing them. I loved the game. It was awesome. I also hardly believe you can hold Cryptic at fault for the stupidity of the masses. However if they can't even acknowledge problems or show us a desire to fix them then why should they get to keep any of our money?

I learned in time that's not how Cryptic works.

Anyone expecting any long-term involvement from anything with Cryptic/PW involved is delusional.

    Just ask STO lifetime subs.

I don't really think STO is handled that poorly though. In fact I think for what it is the free to play aspect is pretty good. Sure I could see some lifetime people unhappy but seriously if you drop 200 bucks on a video game it's hard to feel as if you got what you deserved out of it.

It's just sad. Neverwinter has so much potential it's unreal. Insanely fun game. It's just a terrible cash shop and then exploit after exploit after exploit.

Yes, same here - I am considering a charge-back too. The other exploits were awful enough, but it is a great game so I thought I would stick this out. Still those didn't destroy the economy as all that happened was that AD was moved around. This is truly game-breaking though: an infinite source of AD and all the AH items you can bid on.

In no way is this a 'fit and proper' service, which is the legal requirement for any purchased goods.
