So even though I know this is a well known issue I thought I'd post one more thread about it, at the moment the dungeon finder is more than useless. I just spent 47 min being placed in 16 groups through the dungeon finder that did not include the basis for a successful dungeon run. This would of course lead to me either leaving after it became apparent the dungeon finder couldn't correct it's mistake or just be kicked by who ever was the party leader. Safe to say this is extraordinarily frustrating considering dungeon runs at level 60 constitute the vast majority of available content most players participate in.
So yea whatever Cryptic is doing right now they need to bump fixing this up to way high on this list and get this addressed because right now it's crippling the game and turning many potential players off.

Same problem here and yes, it is absolutely frustrating. Just today in three separate occasions I ended up in teams that were missing at least one important class, be it DPS, healer or tank. In one instance there were three rogues and two CWs, me and another player that never finished transferring to the map (yet another issue). Player was in team, their toon and companion "ghosts" were there (for lack of a better term), but they were not actually IN the map.
Additionally, there's also the Invariably Disconnected Team Member[TM] upon entering the dungeon instance. I've seen this happen every single time I've tried to queue for a dungeon.
All this plus the absurdly long waits while queued have made the Daily Dungeon virtually unplayable.

Seconded.
This is incredibly frustrating. I want to run the dungeons but all I end up doing for the entire time is:
1. Enter queue
2. Get placed in a group that is missing a tank and/or healer
3. Get placed in a group that has one or more disconnected members
4. Get stuck in a cycle where it says my queue is up, but when I try to enter the dungeon it says I am not a member of the party and get kicked, only to get an immediate queue for the same group and kicked again.
This really should be a top priority for the devs because I, and I'm sure many others, have no reason to play if I can't access the content due to a horribly buggy queue system.
