Today i experienced the biggest piece of shet dungeon in my life

The first time i did witha bunch of people the epic ice dungeon where the endboss is a viking like tard.
First of all- the way up to him was the most boring and painful experience i had.
-Mobs get stuck everywhere- in our favor
-Huge mob amount in a small map with huuuuuge hp pool - took us forever to move.
-Endboss spawned again a huge amount of those trash tier mobs while his aoe hitting us for like 15k sometimes or even 1 hit ko.
in the end we failed hardcore because we didnt have the patience to kill those trash mobs over and over.
And since endboss had like a trillion hp- we disbanded party.
Today i experienced the most painful trash tier dungeon in my life. I never saw such a boring and blatant stupid game design like that. I basicly almost felt asleep why it took forever to kill mobs.
Cryptic- whoever made those design choice- get him the hell out of that office- but such poor design decisions are probably outsourced in china anyway.
Give me back my 2h.

i had a blast in that dungeon. lots of fun.
i get it. And now troll somewhere ells.
Fun fact - when this happens you also lose out on your dungeon delves chest, and there is no point reporting players like these because the tickets never get answered anyway.

That's a pretty <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> move. First time I've heard of this. Sounds like another problem needing to be addressed.
Oh yeah I love when that happens.
I have a 12 day old ticket open with a name of a ****er that did this. Still no reply. Something tells me they have 3-5 GM's overseeing this whole thing. Otherwise there is no reason for it to be this slow.
Only way to avoid <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> like this is to either avoid PUGs or have a name and shame board, where we can call these ****ers out.
