When it is the same players over and over and they never move , you know it is a bot.

Ban KnightGG from the game. Every night it is the same thing. We go into pvp and there he is just standing there.

This is the worst I have ever seen in an MMO, it is blatant everyone is asking others not to fight , just let them win and you get glory.

Why is it so bad? Because the game is free? I spent money on the Founders pack right now I am questioning that move. Find some way to award Glory for participation, add some code that keeps track of damage done or heals and if none is done do not award. Punish instead by locking them out of pvp for an hour.

Just cause he doesn't move does not mean he is a bot.

Which makes it worse. If he's just sitting there staring at the screen and doing nothing.....

I suck at PvP. Really I do. But, the two times daily I enter the arena, at least I TRY.

Or I should say tried, as I've stopped PvP'ing. Just giving that AD up every day. It's not worth the time or aggravation.

Occam's Razor makes the cutting clean.

You see these people everyday, pvp is kinda messy atm anyway.

Scoreboard is pretty useless, Clerics cant even compete on it cos heals dont count.
And its for a total score, not just your team, or team vs team score.

It has been tested, that you can get more rewards by not participating and forcing quicker games, then by actively killing others.
I dont like it, so i stopped playing the PVP.

It should not be about the rewards , it should be about players pitting their skills against each other. If the only way they can cure this disease is by killing the reward system then by all means do so.

    Fixed for you

That is bad, however that wouldn't be the worst ever. At best it's a tie, there are so many games that have obvious botting issues that go on for far too long. It's a staple of mmo's today.

Probably a major driving force for all these pvp complaint threads is the daily reward for PvP... You're creating a compulsion to participate.. The hardcore carebears must complete all their daily challenges and get as many ADs as possible so they can buy funny costumes and have dance parties...

Remove the daily challenge, replace it with rAD rewards for kills/assists in PvP.. Reduce valor/xp rewards for losers, increase for winners. Reward XP/Valor based on participation, for instance, a pool of points be awarded for a full team, divided by participation (measured by distance traveled, damage done, healing done, and points earned) to a maximum of 30% of the reward.. So, an AFKer on your team would actually grant you more rewards.. as his default 20% would be placed back into the pool to be passed out to the rest of the team
