Greater Indomitable Runestone Bug?

hello ppl
since i got the Honey Badger which i love so much because of his aoe damage and bleed attacks, i wanted to slot his offense slots with Indomitable stones, which basically the Lesser Version gives the powers of the pet 10% additional damage over 3 seconds time, so i combined and made "Indomitable stone" and it had 20% damage, then i made a "Greater" one and suddenly i found it the same as the Lesser version, at least what it says in the description of the item.

just need to know if this is a description mistake or this is really the effect, wasted so many wards =/
please help or give me my wards back ='(

here's the screenie

Companions can't be used in end-game dungeons anyway, because they will just die very shortly into most boss fights due to all of the adds and AoE. I'd just forget about working on any pet except for the cat or stone and call it a day. The cat/stone gives stats, is more useful and the only companions that stay with you for the whole duration of the boss encounters, ensuring they provide useful utility from start to finish.

Wasting any time or resources on any of the other companions is just silly.

I reported this in Beta 3, 4 and second day of Open Beta. Still has not been fixed.. however with Cryptic, they love to have descriptions which can be totally wrong so give it a shot? It might work.

Just tested it and it does in fact give +30% more damage over time. Just yet another tooltip error. But as people said, in any sort of group content, might as well use a stone or cat as they'll benefit you more than 3 seconds into a fight :p

The Badger doesn't die and u dont need to revive him, he's very useful for me, he sleeps, heals himself and wakes up and does a good damage, seriously...

I dunno, I think you're just badgering us ;) Got any proof that the badger is immortal?

What you're calling "sleep" is what most call "dead". The Badger dies/sleeps like most other companions, whereas the Cat and Ioun stones can't die (although I've heard the cat can in rare situations).

The problem is, even though the Badger revives himself after a fight, for a boss fight, which are the meaningful challenges at end-game, he'll stay dead the whole fight.

no he doesnt revive after the fight, he revives during it after he's completely healed =/

I won't hold my breath concerning low priority fixes like this considering the game has a double digit number of exploits and not to mention the current cat-astrophe. Anyway, you might not want to accept it, but only augment companions (Ioun Stones/cat) are worth even bringing out when you're in a dungeon at 60.

actually direwolves work well as well, slotted with recovery, their knockdown / back offers half decent additional CC, and with nearly 20k hps they stay alive pretty well as they are usually inside the clerics circles.

    laters

    Monk

saying that, i still use my cat since i got it :P
