Gateway problems

I have no problems at home logging into gateway, but at work it keeps sending the token and failing (even tho' I know that I am entering the same exact number you gave me). The only differance is that I am not saving the browser because it is as work.
I have tried both IE and Chrome.

    Using gmail? Ive seen it pop saying new mail, but due to dumb conversation design, it shows the old code.
    Or save the browser. people still need the username and pass

    Tell it to save the browser. You can then login from either computer , Work or home.
