Problems in the blacklake district

I have problems in the blacklake district, cross the bridge when the gameclient crashes and closes. And everytime I try to login with this char, the game starts to load and when it's almost done loading makes close again. Is the third char it happens and always in the same place when I approach the campfire after the bridge.
